On Saturday 28th Jan 2012, 5pm, we’ll meet at Spikesuppa (map) and ice skate for a couple of hours, before we eat pizza!
Bring NOK 50,00 for renting skates and some extra for the pizza.
Tips: Wear warm socks!

Unto us a child is born!
As a family, OiC wants to be together on this special day. And as is common with families during this holiday, it will be time for resting, chatting and eating the leftovers. But we also want to understand and experience the real meaning of Christmas by praying and worshiping together.
We will start with a traditional Norwegian porridge, and during the afternoon there will be opportunity to join in some games, experience Norwegian Christmas traditions or just sit and chat. Later we will have dinner and finish with our Christmas Service. You are invited to bring food to share on the dinner!

This Sunday we will continue our series “New Beginnings”, and Kasper Tangen, who studies theology and leadership and interns at OIC, will speak about the importance of vision. He is leading the vision-process for OIC, and will open for input from all of you about where our church should be going.

At 3pm (not 5pm): This year like last year we are invited to participate in Gamlebyen congregation’s (our host church) Christmas celebration. We hope many people can join to show who we are and to show our appreciation that we are allowed to use their church for our services. We will not have our own service at 5pm – but gather for church coffee together with Gamlebyen congregation.
